Today, processing job applicants and incoming resumes can be costly and time consuming, whether they are online or in hard-copy. CIS One’s Applicant Information Management System (AIMS) was developed to provide a new way to manage and supervise this process through an interactive online interface.

First released in January 2003 as the Resume Tracking System (RTS), the AIMS solution has been successfully installed in a number of corporate and not-for-profit entities. In June 2003, CIS One is releasing an updated version of AIMS that incorporates many of the enhancements requested by our clients as well as a new Candidate Tracking module and an EEO compliance module.
