mindSCOPE can automatically create new candidate records. Any résumés sent by email or on diskette can be electronically read and imported into the database.

The program then extracts the candidate's name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and skills from the résumé and creates a candidate record. The original résumé is also attached to the candidate record, and can be modified for sending to clients while retaining the candidate's original copy.
