FIXED ASSET DETAIL
Purchase date, model number, serial number, and manufacturer

of maintaining about your fixed assets. Five user defined
fields and a generous note field ensure that data specific
to your company needs is recorded with this equipment inventory
software.
DEPRECIATION
As depreciation software, The Asset Manager calculates depreciation
according to user defined criteria. Prior accumulated depreciation
amounts, even if the amount is not correct, may be entered
for an asset and depreciation will be correctly calculated
for the remaining life of the asset.
ADDITIONS AND DISPOSALS
Additions are recorded on the user friendly add/edit screen.
When adding an asset, the expected salvage value may be
entered and depreciation will be calculated accordingly.
Disposals are recorded by simply bringing up the add/edit
screen and entering the disposal date and a sales value.
The Asset Manager will calculate accumulated depreciation
and book value.
