State-of-the-Art easy-to-use Query-by-Form (aka: Filter-by-Form)
feature provides the ability to generate custom queries,
reports or exports, to users at any level.
With Skantrak's Query-by-Form concept, user specifies what
records to include on the desired query, report or export,
by simply entering the required value or value ranges to
be considered for specific fields (on the "filter"
form), and the system generates the customized query, report
or export file automatically (using only the records that
meet the specified filter criteria).
With Skantrak Assets Evaluation for Access 2002 no need
to learn or use cryptic "SQL" statements, as required
for traditional database filtering. Skantrak's powerful
SQL generator takes care of everything behind the scenes.
Over 25 standard reports, bar code menus and bar code label
formats to choose from, plus ability to create custom reports
with Skantrak's Quick Reports generator. With Quick Reports,
user creates custom reports by simply selecting what fields
to include in the report, what field to sort by, and optionally
a filter, if desired. Nothing could be simpler.
Ability to print Bar Codes directly from Database, Keyboard,
or using Auto-Increment Mode on laser printers, with Skandata.ttf.
Skantrak Modules include Skandata.ttf Code 39 Bar Code TrueType
fonts for Windows, which further provides user with the
ability to print bar codes directly from their favorite
wordprocessor, spreadsheet or database management system,
for additional flexibility.
