The Authtel CSP (Company Specific Permission) Marketing Systems foundation is a robust enterprise data engine built on Sun Microsystems Java J2EE application standard and a Relational SQL Database architecture that provides Authtels clients a proprietary permission marketing system that is hosted and maintained within Authtels secure data network.

Using the Authtel CSP Marketing System requires the platform independent Authtel CSP Application Client that can be installed on an existing PC within the client network, eliminating the need for additional hardware unless the client chooses to run the CSP Client on a dedicated PC for near real time complicancy processing of their existing outbound call files.

Once installed, processing outbound call files for DNC compliancy against the Federal Trade Commissions Do Not Call registry is accomplished by loading client owned outbound call files, and Do Not Call lists, (Federal and State), or the clients Federal Subscription Account number (SAN) into the CSP Marketing System then performing matching processes to produce a CSP Safe file.
