When
you create Outlook objects (Tasks, Documents, Notes, Contacts,
etc.) in 4Team Folders, the program converts these objects
into e-mail messages. MS Outlook sends them out to all your
teammates. Upon receipt of these messages by 4Team Folders
on their computers, the program converts them back into
MS Outlook objects.
