Selligent
Global & Local
Selligent XI for Windows introduces a unique answer to the
challenges of a CRM project in a single or multilingual organisation
with different business processes and configurations across
various business units and lines of business. Selligent Global
& Local functionality is therefore two-fold: it allows,
within a set of Selligent databases linked by Replication,
some automated translation of the setup and of part of the
data in these databases, as well as some delegation of responsibility
for part of the setup to local administrators.
Lotus Notes Integration
It has been possible for a while to use either Lotus Notes
or Microsoft Outlook as integrated e-mail applications within
the Selligent for Windows environment, and to synchronise
Contact, Task, Appointment and Activity information between
Microsoft Outlook and Selligent for Windows.
The latter functionality has now been extended to the Lotus
Notes environment, to enable Lotus Notes users to view and
modify Company, Person, Action and Activity data directly
in their Lotus Notes environment, and have that data synchronised
with the Selligent for Windows environment.
Questionnaire
Creating Questionnaires in Selligent for Windows keeps getting
easier: in this version improvements have been made to the
way in which the list of questions and answers in the Questionnaire
is managed, by allowing users to define the position of
questions and answers within that list. This will ensure
that the list of questions and answers can mirror more closely
the Questionnaire execution sequence.
