All Your Suppliers

As soon as you have installed our application, you will be able to submit requests online to diesel engine component suppliers you selected.

MESPAS LTD ensures that suppliers of all engine makes are listed in our directory, even if they are not yet electronically linked to our system. Suppliers which are not yet linked receive requests by fax, sent by our system in your name.

Our suppliers all complete a profile giving details of available parts, areas supplied etc. This allows our system to show you only the relevant suppliers, which dramatically reduces the time needed to choose a supplier.

Source and Purchasing System

With just a few clicks you can put together your request, based on your installation data. Our system will then give you a choice of suitable suppliers, showing their relevant details. Once you have chosen your business partner, you can place the detailed request and will receive your supplier's offer. You can communicate with your business partner throughout this process using the software system.

As you can also request offers by fax from suppliers not electronically linked to the system, you only need to place a single request. This can be sent directly to all the major suppliers, without having to use multiple communication channels.

Installation Data Management

As soon as you have installed our software you will find all of your installations (vessels, power plants, engines, machinery) in the system. This database is clear and easy to use and can be set up at any time.

Your engine details and component specifications are also available through the installation data management system. This speeds up the request process and ensures increased quality and accuracy of the offers. Both you and the supplier will be using the same system, increasing the accuracy of the exchange.

Communication

Buyers and suppliers registered with us are able to communicate directly with each other using our software solutions, to discuss requests, offers and orders. Details of this communication are reliably stored in our data management system, and can be viewed by you at any time.

Business Information

A short description of each company can be viewed by each of our registered users. You can change or add to your own company description at any time. This short portrait makes it possible to appraise your business partners and get to know them better.

This information is available throughout the request process as well as in your installation data management, to enable you to request precisely the parts you require.

Example:Our engine suppliers have found that plasma coated piston rings dramatically increase wear on the cylinders of certain engine types. Purchasing the wrong piston rings can thus result in high cylinder wear and high costs. With our application you will receive this information during the order process, considerably reducing incorrect orders and the associated costs.

Our system offers you the opportunity to list your surplus stock and components and to offer them to our worldwide customer network. Thanks to our advanced database capabilities, you can quickly and easily list and trade surplus stock and components.
