Server Edition. This is version 1.5, and I expect to continue
to release upgrades as I receive emails from customers or
potential customers with their suggestions.
The best way
to see if any program is right for you is to download it,
install it and try it out. You can download a zip file containing
a SQL script to create the tables on your server, and setup
files for both the Windows and Web based application.
Try them out and then please
email me with any questions or comments, or use the same
browser based interface as your users would use if you were
using AccessAble Help Desk Client Server Edition. First,
create your account by clicking here. Then, using the login
name and password you selected, go to the customer menu,
login and make a selection or just click here to login and
submit a new request - you will receive an email notifying
you your requests has been added to the database. Version
upgrades are always free to registered users of my programs.
This is because suggestions my users make help to make each
new release better than the one before.
