to process work orders, room bookings, visitor requests,
etc. in seconds. Calls can be logged, confirmed (by email)
and routed to applicable contractor (by email) in about
15 seconds. All operations can be measured against SLA’s,
with Escalation & Jeopardy also being indicated. Highly
detailed resource tracking for work management includes
detail and summary analysis of labour, parts, tools and
materials.
Room Booking resource management
includes catering, A/V equipment, porters and visitors.
Visitor aspects carry through to Reception Desk module with
automatic visitor pass printing. HD&M also has a full-featured
PPM module, which complements the On-Demand Work Order module.
An integral Report Generator and interrogation tool is
provided. Email communication is fully automatic, leading
to immediate routing of work to applicable service providers,
and immediate confirmation to callers. This leads to a higher
perception of the level of service.
