KnowlixFrontline software integrates seamlessly with HEAT
so you can find answers or create new knowledge without
leaving Call Logging.
After entering a customer
problem into the Call Record, simply select perform
search to search the knowledgebase. The query is then
automatically passed to KnowlixFrontline where a search
is performed and results are retrieved in seconds. You can
then select the best solution, post it into your Call Record,
and close the call.
